With four attorneys who have collectively served seven times as President or Chair of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum or the Orange County Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, the firm has established itself as a leader in bankruptcy, reorganizations, and bankruptcy litigation across Southern California. 

Since the COVID-19 pandemic transformed how law firms operate, Marshack Hays Wood has evolved into a fully remote organization with attorneys and staff spread across multiple states and even overseas. This distributed structure creates unique IT challenges, but WAMS has adapted seamlessly to support the firm’s new operating model.
