Most of our clients are on a monthly service plan but we also provide services that can be purchased a la carte. Our most popular package is a proactive ManagedCARE monthly service. This option includes all services needed to keep your network secure, maintained, and operating at expert speed. Unlimited help desk, email security and archiving, backups, and network monitoring are also included within our ManagedCARE service.
Remote network monitoring is an application that will enable us to continuously watch your network for any red flags or issues 24 hours a day. Our engineers are then able to catch issues before or as they arise so you can continue working without any hiccups.
Our phones are answered by real people during business hours, without any automated prompts to complete before reaching support. If you submit a non-emergency ticket before 1pm, our goal is to complete your request before end of day. All emergencies are acknowledged within 15 minutes of receipt, 7 days a week.
